i wanna do max-ot for a couple weeks. but does this program really build mass? i've been seeing a lot of articles debating about how the 6-12 rep range is optimal for hypertrophy. Max-ot keeps just about every exercise between 4-6 reps which is criticized as being only for strength. the thing is i've also read many articles showing that strength and size gains are correlated. so from personal experience can anybody say anything positive about this program or any other low volume program? i love the strength gains low volume/high intensity programs give me but would be willing to sacrifice that for greater mass gains.
