So In a week or two my fractured elbow should be basically healed.

I want to do a fullbody workout 3x a week. I am new to weightlifting also, so you know, but I have practiced the exercises.

Squat
Incline Bench
Bent Over Rows
BB Curls
Dips
Chins
Stiff-Legged Deadlift
Standing Military Press/or sitting

Is there an order to do the exercises so I would benefit the most instead of having something extremely fatigued when I got to it?

Also, how many sets/reps would you RECOMMEND I try? 3x8? 2x8?

I am looking to gain mass, strength comes with it cause I am pretty weak.
