Tuesday: chest & cardio
1. incline dumbell 6x6
2. flat bench 6x6
3. wide grip hammer strength 6x6
4. pec dec 6x6

Wednesday: Back and Legs & cardio

1. lat pulldown 6x6
2. rows 6x6
3. front lat pulldow 6x6

Thursday : arms & cardio
1. barbell curls 6x6
2. preacher curls 6x6
3. dumbell curls 6x6

1. skull crushers 6x6
2.tricep puch downs 6x6
3. over head dumbelll 6x6

friday : shoulders& cardio
