I'm going through a divorce and can't stop loosing weight from all the stress involved. I've been lifting for 8 months and gained nearly 20lbs the first 6-7 months. However, I've lost 12lbs in the last 2 months; I just can't eat like I used to. The strange thing is I'm still gaining strenght in the gym??? The only positive aspect is I'm more definited now, I've definitely lost body fat but I'm sure I've also lost a considerable amount of muscle as well.

I feel like I'm wasting away all the effort I put into the last 8 months spending 4 days a week killing myself at the gym. Any advice.
