Posted at October 11, 2006, 8:36 pm: Ok guys iv'e been experimenting with this homemade, do whatever i feel like it workout. Anyways basically i workout every 3days(example mon, thur, sun, wend). I basically will do squats, bench, deadlifts (deadlifts get done every other workout usually,) pullups, chinups, dips, rows, cleans, side laterals, db military. Anyways i do what feels good on the day, and try to do a little extra for legs, although i usually dont do a ton. Usually ill do 3front squats and 3 regular, but for the most part sometimes it ends up as 2 and 2 if im lucky. the rest i usually do one good set of bench, 1-2sets of dips, sometimes ill do one set deep, 1set not deep to hit the tri's. usually my goal is to hit every muscle directly, and every muscle indirectly with the other movements. I strive to not overtrain, although i think this happens some workouts. What do you think and is there a good workout that is geared around complete body workout every 3 days like ive been doing? BTW i want to try this before trying rippletoe again, dunno why, i guess i like to tear it up when i go to the gym and this gives me flexibilty to do so. Originally it was going to be 1set(aside from legs) per muscle group. this did not workout since i go to the gym and want to just tear it up, im a hardcore workout kind of guy, im not bragging but i really like to workout hard.
