currently i have been working out for 7 months.


mon - chest & back
tues - legs
wed - bics & trics
thursday - rest
friday - shoulders

depending on which body part, but i normally do 4 sets per muscle group

i train for 6 reps

and do as many as i can as a last exercise to make them burn which is normally around 10 with lower weight

in regards to PO do you guys add weight each week?

sometimes i can add an extra couple of Kg's per week, but normally it takes aroun 3 weeks to lift more weight.

if i can't do something 6 times, it's too heavy.

should i try and add extra weight each week, and if i can't lift it, then just take it off again?

do you guys up the weight each week?

more questions will come later.
