I have been lifting now for about 4 years and football is coming to an end in about 3 weeks and basketball will be starting. I have just recently asked the coach if me and a friend of mine can come in on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings to do some lifting since we cant after school and he gave us the go ahead. So now I am asking for your guys help.
I am looking for a 3 day workout that will be geared more towards muscle size since I do need to put on some weight/muscle. I am going to get my diet into check. I am a very skinny person. My strength is very good for my size so that is why i am looking for a program that will help me put on size. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
