Im 6' 170 lbs. I started lifting about 6-7 months ago and was pretty much same weight and height then. So I havent moved much if at all during this time. Im approx 16-17 percent BF right now. The weights are moving up and im seeing a little definition in some places like arms and such but my body weight hasnt moved. I eat every 3 hours pretty much on the dot. Now people have told me to work with with the BF that I have and just keep lifting which I have, but it isnt doing much. I know you cant do both at once so should I be focusing on loosing the fat or just work with what I got and keep on lifting? I just need some tips or advice as to why you guys think my weight isnt moving. Im very confused as are most people.
