Posted at October 11, 2006, 10:48 pm: 10/11/06 OK I am going to post what I eat and what I do so far as work out and if you have advice could you please message me with my problem. Ripptoe is the program I am sort of fallowing. I altered it a bit but its still 99% it’s self. Today I ate 3 pieces of french toast (was pissed because my potatoes and carrots never heated up) I went to Portland and had no chance to eat till 4pm when I had a subway's Cajon state sandwich with tomatoes, onions, olives, pickles, and bell papers. For dinner, I had two chicken breasts with some veggie soup and an apple. I also will have some cyto gainer before I go to bed. As for my work out, I did it after my class and it went like this Squat 35LBS+plate=roughly 70LBS (I am using a strange machine where your at a 45 degree angle and a giant plate on your shoulders. the owner of the gym said to use it till I gain strength, then move to the cage where you can only move the bar up and down to gain balance and then for the real thing) Bent Bar row 60lbs standing military press 15+bar (this is where I altered the routine. originally it was standing press before bent row and switched them. the owner of the gym sad it may work better. also I am not sure how to do the press right with the machine I am using. I am a bit tall so when I press up I would keep hitting the top. The owner told me to try it two ways. Way one being spreading my legs to the sides of the machine and squatting so I am short enough. Way 2 is to go down in a lunge position and doing it that way I have to add an extra set so yeah, that is the two altercations I made. I had a 3rd thing I added but that’s just abs. also could some one tell me what the squat cage is called when the bar is connected to the cage and keeps you from hurting you self [assuming you don’t lift the bar up and just drop it] its not the regular squat cage its...I don’t know what its called.) Chin ups 60LBS assistance (I found out chin-ups and pull-ups are different. I am still very new so I don’t know every thing.) Incline crunches 4x7 This was day B and I did day A Monday.
