Ok so im not an outright beginner but ive been lifting for about 4 months at home, and more seriously for about 2 months. Wasnt really following any specific program but made some decent gains. I went from 135lbs to 150.5lbs, with alot of strength increase too. But my gains are really kinda stalling so i thought i would just choose the most proven routine that seems to work for everyone especially noobs.

my stats:
Age: 19
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 150.5 lbs
Arms: 13.125" (flexed, cold)
Forearms: 11.5"
Thighs: 19.75"
Chest: 39"
Bodyfat: Low, est. 10%

5 rms:
Hack Squat:215 lbs (est)
Deadlift: 235 lbs (est)
Military press: 100 lbs
Bent over BB rows: 135 lbs (?)

My goal is to build as much muscle mass as possible, all over my body. Not so much worried about fat. Will be trying to eat 3500 calories a day or more(my maintenance is 2800). I will decrease my 5 rm's to 70% and begin tommorow(monday).
