Hey,

I have signed up with Derek and will be starting the program tomorrow (Oct.1 ,2006).

I am a 30 year old male; 5’9”; 206 lbs and 26% body fat. My goal is to get 170 lbs; 10% body fat by Jan. 14, 2007 which is 15 weeks from now. After which I am going to decide where I need to go but it will probably be a clean bulk until the summer. I’ve got 36 lbs of fat to lose at my current LBM.

The reason that I am putting this out there is because my biggest downfall is motivation. I’ve worked out before and last year at this time I was down 20 lbs but I have put all back on. I’ll get going, start to make some progress and then I’ll skip workouts and start eating crap again. I’m going to create a log and update it daily in the hopes of staying disciplined.

If anyone has been in this situation body wise; motivation wise, please feel free to give me advice.
