I'm about to go on a vacation (cruise) and would like to firm up my waist / abs as quick as possible. I'm leaving in 2 weeks, which I know it's impossible to cut enough in 2 weeks to see much more than just weight loss. I competed about 15 years ago and successfully was able to get all remaining water from between my skin and abs right on time for the prejudging and show (I won all 3 divisions in my first and only show), so I know the old carb / sodium depletion, potassium loading tricks that worked like a charm for me then.

I have about 10% BF now and only 2 good rows of abs, but I think if I get the water moved around, I could make it look much better. Just want to know any new tricks to doing this (transdermals, etc). I just came off some Superdrol about 6 weeks ago, so nothing like that is an option either.

Any one know any new shortcuts for a washed up BBer?
