Well i'm currently taking Lumatol AC, its a suppressant, i take 2 pills in the morning (1 hour before eat/workout)

The fiber i just got is that Psyllium husk, it says take 3 capsules twice a day.

So obvioulsly 3 in the morning, 3 at night.

My question is, is it ok to take the fiber and the suppressant at the sametime? i don't see anything wrong with doing so, but i'd figure i would atleast ask incase theres something that could go wrong that i didn't know about.

If no, when should i take it?
