My bench max is 115 and I used to lift 105 1x4 then 2x3, but when i used to do that i never really felt any thing in my arms so i changed something yesterday. I only put 85 on there and and i lifted 2x8 and 2x5 (which was just till fail on last one) and i felt so much more in my arms after I did that, like I hadnt felt that way in a while. My chest was actually a lot more sore today than it has been in a long time. Is it better lowerin down the weight and addin in more reps?
