I am almost 18 years old. I am 6'7" about 195 lbs. I've been working out for a few years, but it's hard to get buff at my size. After about 2 years of lifting, I finally gained from 183-195, but now I seem to have plateud on my gains, and haven't gain at all in the last 6 or 7 months. What is the best supplement to take in my situation? I've heard ergo max..any help?

I already take a protein shake before bed when i wake up and after eve...

sounds like ur doing everything right.

i tried creatine frm last january until june, and got 0 gains from it.
