Ok I've asked this before and searched around alot but would like to know if there is any new supps out there worth taking. I am 33 years old and have been working out for about 15 years. I've got a decent foundation but would like to build more muscle like everybody else. I am currently over in Afghanistan for the next year and want to concentrate on training/eating. I am on a military installation and have access to decent food and basic supps (protien, creatine, bcaa...) I used to train pretty heavy but now my joints don't seem to like it. I have lightened the weight a little and moved the rep range up. I eat 4-5 times a day and use protien supps. My workout is pretty decent with all the basics included. Are there any new supps that you would recommend? I train in the morning and would like something that would help energize and give me a pump. It seems all the good supps are always taken off the market. So suggestions are appreciated......
