Well, I pretty sure Ive developed an inguinal hernia and have been referred to a specialist to verify it (but that is almost a month from now). If its confirmed, I assume Ill have to undergo minor surgery to repair the area. Does anyone whos gone through this know how long Ill have to wait (heal)before I can lift at 100% again?

I had an inguinal hernia repaired in April.

Damn, I was hoping it wouldn't be that long.

I am sure the doctor is going to tell you 4-8 weeks.
