Is it true that you can really have one cheat day a week? I was working out last night and talking to someone about how everyone at work was eating Chick-Fila for lunch and I was eating Tilapia and Asparagus. How it was hard not to eat it but I was proud of myself. He said I could cheat every now and then. ????????????????????????????????
