Hey. I was just wondering if anyone in here would be willing to help me with a workout routine for my girlfriend. She is a sophomore in college and plays basketball and wants to tone down and build a little muscle but not like a bodybuilder would. I am a bodbuilder myself but my forte' is building mass and bigger muscles and then gettin cut. Should I follow the same principles here with her? She runs somewhat in practices and bikes and runs on her own but just wants to do more lifting so she can look better (even though she is gorgeous!!).
