ve been reading about Yoga and the benefits such as accelerated muscle recovery, and increased flexibility - so I want to start taking classes.

I'm wondering though - is going every day too much?

Id be going to yoga classes in the morning, and doing cardio every other nite, and lifting on the nights I don't do cardio.

Oh - and another question - how long would it be before I "mastered" yoga, and could perform all the poses etc on my own, and dont have to go to classes?
