i'm new and a searched for the last hour and found great info--but not quite what im looking for...

im in my early 20's and i have a slightly disproportionate body but its backwards! i'm apple-shaped...meaning my upperbody looks heavier than my skinney chicken leg lower body. actually--my legs arent that bad...but i have no hips and noooo butt...

and to add insult to injury--i think im bigger boned than average. i'm 5'7 and i just feel like by shoulders are really broad and the bones feel big too! AND i seem to retain mass--which i think is muscle, it just doesnt seem fatty to me. yeah--complex!

ok--so anyway how can i lose weight on top when it doesnt seem fatty (which means lose what i think is bulky muscle) and put muscle on down on bottom (i know to work out the bottom..that seems like the easy part...but what exercises and weight will be optimal?

the upper is what im worried about--everyone looks at me like im crazy when i ask how to lose muscle... right now--when i look in the mirror i feel like a man with boobs. my bf says its in my head--maybe it is...but i have a REALLY bad complex! PLEASE HELP!
