It's a time lapse thing, takes a picture every second. Best I can do. My main problem with this lift is that I don't bend at the knees enough. I might be able to power clean more if I would use good form and go into a front squat, like you're supposed to. but 180 pounds is all the weight I have, 3x15 lbs and 4x 10 lbs on each side, with a 10 pound bar I think. It's either 10 or 15. I figure its basically 10.
