I am starting a new thread since I am no longer trying to cut and get rid of the bloated look. My goal is to gain 2lbs per week for the next 14 weeks.
Here's my diet. I know some will say brown rice is better, but when I competed in high school I went down to 5-6% bf just eating white rice and tuna. I like brown rice, but I just can't figure out how to get it as soft as when I cook white rice.
Here's my new diet. This is pretty much what I will eat everyday because since I am eating so much food it's just easier to do it this way. I will add in some veggies and sweet pototoes here and there, but for the most part this is it! The prepartion of these meals is super easy. I cook every thing at the same time the night before and I have all my meals for the next day except for the eggs I eat with meal #1.
8:00 AM - Meal 1 2 cups white rice 3 wholes eggs 8 egg white a little ketchup for taste 3 cups of fat free milk Total Caloires about 1140
11:00 AM - Meal 2 2 cups of white rice 10oz of chicken breast 3 cups of fat free milk 2 table spoons of pb, or 21 almonds, or 9 oz of avacado. Total Calories about 1100
2:00 PM - Meal 3 Same as meal 2
3:30-4:30 - Work out - Sip on two scoops of whey protein and 6 scoops of Xtend.
5:00 PM - Meal 4 Same as meal 2
8:00 PM - Meal 5 Same as meal 2
11:00 PM - Meal 6 Same as meal 2
For any meal I will substitute chicken for extra lean ground beef, eggs, or fish. I will mostly eat chicken cause I love it, but every now and then I need a change.
I will also be eating Shredded Wheat and Bran, Post Raisan Brand, and Cherrios cereal with fat free milk in between meals during the evening time and all day on weekends. :smile:
With out the cereal and extra milk I will be eating around 6640 calories per day so maybe 7000-7500 calories after I add in the cereal and extra milk. I want to blow the fuk up!
supplements Seasmin 3 capsule 2 with meals 1, 3, & 5 Multivitamin 1 with meal 1 whey protein - during workout and if I have to miss a meal which rarely happens Creatine - Mono before and after work out Xtend - 6 scoops with work out protein and 6 scoops through out the day mixed in with one gallon of crystal light CLA - 2 capsules with meals 2, 4, & 6
Here is a picture before the bulking started almost two weeks ago. I was 185lbs in this picture.
