Any suggestions - I know I need to bulk. I am playing too much basketball per week (3 times) and probably need to cut that out to put on weight. I also workout:

Monday - shoulders, triceps
Wed - chest, biceps
Fri - legs, back


Critique on what you see - is anything developing good? Also any idea on body fat percentage by the pictures?

Bodyfat is about 12% - 14% I would say.

I'd agree with the body fat estimation of about 12-14%, maybe more tow...
