Hey,
I am at the moment competing in Middle distance running on the track and need some help with endurance weight training for running. First off how many reps? Should it be the 15-20 rep range, or 100 reps or as many as possible? Should I only use my bodyweight or as I get stronger should I use free weights? How frequently should I do this? Every day? What exercises just squats?

I know it is a lot of info to be explained but I really do appreciate it!
