I've been thinking about competing in a figure competition sometime next year, probably in the summer. How do I find where local competitions are? I want to go and watch a few before I sign up for one myself. I was searching on google without much luck. Also, for anyone who has competed, how important is it to have a coach, and how did you find your coach? I was searching for information on google, looking for things like "figure competition coaches philadelphia" and such, but again I have had no luck. I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia if this is any help.
