How much protein can your body take in, in what certain period of time? For example I've heard your body can only take in and digest 25 grams of protein every 4 hours, is this true? I can't see this being true because everybody says breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day other than post work-out. So if that was true for optimal gains you should be eating an equal amount of protein in every meal.
