hey guys im going on holidays for 4 days so i wont be training, i was wondering if i should still eat the same ammount, i wont be able to eat what i normally eat so i gotta take some food thats easily made because im gonna be with some mates & thier not keen on the gym.. so far im thinking oats, canned tuna, tomatoes, fruit.. bread and mostly water would it be ok if thats all i ate for 4 days? i wanna make sure i eat clean for when i get back dont wanna put on any fat thanks.. if u got any suggestions let us know thanks!
