i weight 268, my bf is around 23%-25% and i want to get it down to 17% in two months. i just started learning how to eat healthier. i workout 4 x a week, and ride the bike 3 x a week for 45 min. i've dropped 12 lbs in a month but , i have hit a platuea, the lowest i have dropped is 264. I want to lose body fat and lean up w/ my weight at 260 b/c i play football, any advise would great, please help

morning 6:3
75g On Whe
2 packets of instant Oatmea
post workout 10:3
75g ON Whe
Lunch 12:0
Fish fillet or chicken breas
frozen corn or broccol

Dinner 5:0
Brown Rice or whole wheat pasta w/ tomato saucew/ turke
chicken or fis

Snacks
gronalla bar, cereal(Chex,Crispix) w/ 2% milk, snyders prezel
