I've been religiously eating cottage cheese mixed with some other stuff during my bulk. Now that I'm cutting I've switched to tuna.

But now I'm switching to whey protein.

Is there a noticeable difference if I drink 100 calories of whey protein instead of eating 100 calories of tuna or cottage cheese for my last meal right before bed?
