hey guys..i am currently cutting and wanted to ask what you all thought about my diet
I am 5'9 190 lbs

Days I workout in the Morning : ( M-W)

Meal #1 6:20 AM : 2 scoops of 100% whey with water
Workout at 8:AM
Meal #2 9:10 : 2 scoops of 100% whey with water
Meal #3 10:00 : 4 Egg whites with 1 yolk and 1/3 cups of oats
Meal #4 12:00 : 1 Apple
Meal #5 3ish : can of tuna
Meal #6 6ish : chicken breast with 1/3 cup of brown rice
Meal #7 9ish: 1 scoop of Pro-Abolic CR

Days I workout mid-day : (Tue-Thur-Fri)
Meal #1 7 AM : 4 egg whites with 1/3 cup of oats
Meal #2 12AM: 1 Apple
Meal #3 4ish : 1 can of tuna
Meal #4 6:30 2 scoops of 100% whey with water
Workout 7:30
Meal #5 8ish: 2 scoops of 100%whey with water
Meal #6 9ish : chicken breast with 1/3 cup long brown rice
And MAYBE a pro-abolic shake if i go to sleep late

What do you all think?
