im trying to build a diet for my bulking program but im completely lost when it comes to diets so please help me if you can

20yrs old
5'10"
180lbs
12-15%bf

my diet so far

cals/fat/carbs/p

meal 1 8 am:
1 cup oatmeal
2 cup egg whites
1 banana
wheat toast
475/5/64/45

meal 2 (preworkout meal) 10:30am
not sure what i should be eating

workout 12:00

meal 3 pwo 1pm
2 scoop ON whey
12 oz 1% milk
391/5/24/60
(what could i add to add carbs to this)

meal 4 3:30
not sure what i should be eating

meal 5 6:00
chicken
1 cup mix veg
1 apple
300/4/39/30

meal 6 8:00
1 can tuna
????
290/12/0/43


my goal is around 3500 cals with around 300g carb and 300+p and 60-80f
