I am 6'0 180lbs 12-14 bf% looking to CLEAN bulk slowly. I work construction throughout the day so from 7:30-6:00pm I do not really have time for meals, other then the ones listed.

7:30
1/2 cup oats
1 cup grapes
1 tbs honey
1 serving muscle milk
2 capsules fish oil

11:00
Sandwich with turkey breast, cheese and a little mayo

2:00pm
1 scoop protein shake

Sip on some XTEND all day at work.

6:00pm
1/2 cup oats
1 cup grapes
1 tbs honey
2 scoops protein

WORKOUT

8:00pm
Serving of NLarge

9:30pm
Chicken breast w/ 1 cup basmati rice
2 capsules fish oil
NOW Adam Multi

12:00pm
Muscle milk w/ 12 oz of whole milk

According to fitday, I have about 3600 cals
345g Carbs - 38%
310g Protein - 36%
98g Fat - 26%
