Check my diet and please suggest the necessary adjustments, I think ive reached my plateau and could not gain a muscle anymore, at the same time I really feel bloated as it is, so I dont think adding more calories is an option

Im wondering maybe i should just start cutting to see more defnition?

1st meal (9 am)
1 cup oats
1 scoop whey
2 eggs (1 yolk)
1tbsp flax
fruits

2nd meal (pre w/o) (11 am)
fruit (banana or apple)
whey

w/o for 1 hr

3rd meal (post w/o) ( 12:15 pm)
1 1/2 scoop whey
1/2 cup oats with either strawberries or blueberries.

4th meal (around 3 pm)
1 cup white rice
meat
cup of veggies
fish oil


5th meal (around 6 pm)
1/2 cup brown rice
veggies
chix breast or fish

6th meal (around 9 pm)
Tuna or any meat
veggies
flax or fish oil
