Which has more calories? The tortillas they make wraps on for me are pretty damn big, probably like 12 inches in diameter which says 205 calories on fitday.

I'm not sure what kind of whole wheat bread they have, but it's probably not the best. It's the same size as average white bread, only darker and "whole wheat". Who knows if it's even whole wheat... lol, but it's what they got.

I dunno how many calories that is though. On fitday it says 315 calories for 4 large slices and that's just 75-80 a slice, that's nothing! So is the bread really less than the tortilla ya think? Even though people get wraps to get less cals/carbs, lol. I've heard that too, but was never sure and want some advice on the matter.

Oh and my choices at my college cafeteria are: whole wheat, white, wrap, or roll. The wrap and whole wheat seem to be the best choice, but want the one with the least calories.

Anyway, maybe I'll ask them if I could see the bread package or something tomorrow, but if someone here knows that'd be helpful too.
