Hi everyone,

I recently switched from an evening workout to morning workout. Ever since the switch i'm getting really bad tummy aches and nausea post workout.

The aches get worse as the workout is more intense. Like today, I did cardio (treadmill) for 45mins at 80-85% of MHR and i felt great for like 10 secs after the workout, and then all of a sudden i felt like spewing! wtf?

Then I had my PWO shake (1 scoop of ON 100% Whey & Water). Just 15mins later - i was practically clutching my tummy from the tummy ache i was getting! This ache lasted for like 2-3 hrs!

Drinking lots of water seems to temporaily ease the pain but then it comes back!

I think its somthing to do with in-digestion - but not sure.

Can anyone please help??? Its screwing my entire day!

Here's my morning schedule:

5:30-6am: prepare & eat breakfast (5 whites, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk)
7-8am: workout\cardio
9am - Meal 2 (i usually cant eat this meal becuase i'm dying in pain!)

Maybe eat the meal a little earlier before you work out?

take some tums.

I would suggest trying to cut down on how much you eat before working ...

I'll try having my meal 30mins earlier to see if that helps.

Mabye try some Zantac 75 if it's bad, that always works for me.
