Posted at February 27, 2016, 11:50 am: all these sodium/carb depleting threads, articles, tactics etc. have my head spinning, this is my first contest, so after hours of reading, this is what I have come up with, based on what I know my body reacts to. Diet Today (monday)eating every 2-3 hours breakfast 7 eggwhites 1/2 c oatmeal, 4 egg whites and a few almonds next meal, midday had 1/2c. pasta, tuna steak 6oz. and some squash and green peppers, next meal is can of tuna with a small tomatoe, then a protien shake, preworkout is 2 ricecakes with a little bit of almond butter, and 3 egg whites, post workout is small yam, and some fish, before bed is 1/3 c. of cottage cheese. sodium- 1000-1200 mg carbs- 130-150 tomorrow- same breakfast, but 1/3 c oatmeal instead of half, same eggwhites and almonds, same lunch but can of spinach instead of squash and green pep.same tuna and tomato,same prot. shake, 1.5 ricecakes pre workout and 4 eggwhites, post is same, might have some skim milk or protien shake 2 hrs later, then cottage cheese before bed. sodium - 1100mg carbs- 120-130g wednesday- same breakfast, same egg whites and almonds, midday - fish and squash Grn pep. same tuna and tomato, then prot. shake, next 1 ricecake with almond butter, + 4 egg whites, no workout, maybe some abs and LIGHT cardio, 3/4 of a yam and a protein shake, then some egg whites and maybe a plain ricecake, before bed protein shake or 2/3 the normal amnt of cottage cheese. sodium - 800mg carbs- 100-110g thurs. same breakfast, same almonds and eggwhites, midday, fish and veggies only, tuna and tomatoe, 1 ricecake with 4 eggwhites, LOTS of broccoli and tilapia, then eggwhites and more eggwhites, plus some sugar free jello..i'm gonna need something to keep my sanity. sodium - 500 mg carbs- 80-90g friday- breakfast 3-4 cup oatmeal and 6 eggwhites, same eggwhites and almonds, midday-chicken breast and veggies, followed by tuna and tomato, then protein shake, 2 hours later 2 ricecakes with Peanut butter, next yam and protein shake, then 1/2c oatmeal and eggwhites, before bed either cereal and milk, or 1/2 a chicken burrito ( 2 weeks ago on a re-feed I ate a whole bigass chicken burrito, next morning I looked vascular and HUGE) sodium-1500mg + carbs- 200+ supps are dandelion root, fish oil, and multi V my weight is 167lb.. any advice???
