so this upcoming Saturday I'll be one week out. I read Layne's article again and calculated my carbs to be:

Sunday: 162.5 g
Monday: 145.6 g
Tuesday: 128.7 g
Wednesday: 111.8 g
Thursday: 94.9 g
Friday: 30 g @ breakfast, 0 carbs until 6 PM then 30 g carbs every 2 hours until bed

Some people have been telling me to do the opposite...start carb DEpleting sunday and upping it through the week. Also, my diet right now consists of almost no carbs (pretty much just what I get from veggies. I'm doing a UD2/keto type diet). So would adding that many carbs screw me up? Should I cut it down proportionally or will that carb load help? As for carb sources, what is best--oats and brown rice? How about wheat free, gluten free brown rice cakes?

And last question... how about potassium loading? I've been doing the Sodium load right now and 10 days out I'll start cutting back. About a week out should I cut out all sodium and do potassium? I've also been told to add some creatine.

Arg, so many different opinions. Any suggestions?
