OK... I've been doing Rippetoe for a few months now. I'm 6'0 and 190-195 lbs. My weights have increased a lot
Squat: 3 sets of 5 at 95 lbs to 3 sets of 5 at 245 lb
Deadlift: 1 set of 5 at 135 lbs to 1 set of 5 at 320 lb
Bench Press: 3 sets of 5 with 45 lb dumbbells to 3 sets of 5 with 65 lb dumbbell
Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 5 with 85 lbs to 3 sets of 5 with 110 lb
Here are some pictures I took last night. I think that I have way too much fat, and I want to start doing more cardio and burn some of it off



Yes I know I have gynecomastia, I'm saving up for the surgery now. Do I need to start cutting or not? Also what would you guess my bodyfat percent is?

i wouldnt cut per se, maybe reduce cals slightly but not much ur lifts...

I think with a good cut you could look pretty nice.
