I rescently have had the feeling that I was just going through the motions at the gym. Since the summer, I was losing weight pretty good, until I ran into this problem, plus my diet wasn't right. Anyway, I'am back on track with my diet now, and as of 45 minutes ago, HIIT is definetly apart of my routine, a big part. I kept it very simple tonight. I sat on the stationary bike and went into manuel mode. I did 1 minute intervals for 20 minutes non-stop. Started with a rest interval of 8 resistance, next minute bumped it up to 15. (Range of resistance is 1-20) By the 3rd minute I was huffing and puffing, and boy was the sweat dripping from my head, chest, arms...everywhere! After 20 minutes of this I finally felt like I had put in some work! My undershirt was completly soaked, and my over shirt was pretty damn wet. Let me tell you guys who are in the fat loss business, HITT is what you want. I can't wait until tommorrow, and I definetly can't wait until a month from now too see my results. This is just what I needed. I hope this thread poses as a motivational read for anyone who's stuck getting no results or just looking for something to mix up there cardio.
