I'm 5'11", 157lbs, bf% of 15.5 (according to my scale; the bf% is an estimate and certainly not as accurate as calipers). I was about 180 lbs in the summer. I'm trying to get down to 7% bf and I want to see my abs without flexing, although I'm not sure the latter is possible without bulking up.

I don't know how many of you follow MMA, but I basically have the arms of Kendall Grove, smaller actually. I guess I'm looking for others who were in the same boat as me -- how low do I have to go to get my bf well under 10%? I was thinking to drop to 140 and see what I look like? If I'm still not seeing the abs, then I'll drop to 130 lbs, or is that too low?

Can I bulk up and still lose bf or will the bf% stay the same or increase?
