Alright, so about 13 months ago i was 228 pounds at 32% bf, now I'm like 155 at i think 10%? bf. I box at my local boxing club. I was "dieting" to lose fat for about 8 months or something like that and got really scrawny actually, now at the beginning of the school year I've been eating more and gaining quite a bit of muscle and staying kinda lean. Nowwww the question. It seems like no matter how i try i cant get that six pack, and i actually look soft around the abs and love handles, this is odd because my lower bf should be popping out those abs ive worked hard on. Is this all water weight? If so, what can i do to get rid of this water around my midsection? I drink LOTS of water everyday because i take NO Explode, and i eat as CLEEEEEEAN as i possibly can. Anything i can use to tighten up my skin or something? Exercises? thanks for the help guys and gals
