Hey all, first post in this forum.

Current status:
Age:29
Weight: 240lbs
Height: 5'11"
bodyfat?
Metabolism: 0

Past:
I used to weigh around 185-190lbs about 2 years ago, but due to my career change, I stopped the active job, finished school, and found a desk job. Thus, the almost 50lbs weight gain. The past too years have been TERRIBLE. I would eat out constantly, sometime fast food twice a day and at other time even at midnight. I've had a bad soda addiction and would have about 3-4 pepsi or equivilent a day. Due to the above, I really feel like my metabolism has halted. My chest is now hanging, I have a gut and a little more than just "love handles"

So I've decided to make a change in my life and lose weight and become healthier. Btw, I have also planned a vacation for New Years and I "really" don't want to look like this on the beach.

Present:

I've started working out about 2 weeks now and my workout usually consists of 4 days of working out 2 body parts per session, around 3-4 sets per. I'm terribly disappointed in how weak I've become, but at the same time that give me motivation to be more fit. I also do about 20-30mins of cardio per day. Usually on the treadmill, doing about 3.5mph at an incline. I've also changed my diet by completely cutting out the soda's, I drink about 8 glasses of water instead. I eat much healthier now, trying to keep my calories at about 2,000-2,500 per day. Mostly chicken and meat with vegtables. I can't eat seafood which is unfortunate. Along with all this I've recently started taking the Animal Cuts supplement.

My question now is, it's been 2 weeks of this regimen and I haven't seen any results other than feeling better, and feeling a little stronger. My short term goal is to lose at least 20lbs by New Years. Am I doing something wrong? Why haven't I lost any weight?

I suggest you throw away your scale and pick up a digital camera.
