Posted at October 11, 2006, 10:55 pm: I'm 24 years old. I've been lifiting since i was a freshman in High School (15.) Never taken any supplements other than protein, and creatine a few years ago when I first got out of the Army. I was in the Infantry in the Army and played rugby for 4 years in college after the Army on a Division 1 top 15 team in the U.S.A. Currently, I swim 3/4 - 1 mile 4 days a week, do cardio 6 days a week for 40 minutes a day, 20 minutes on treadmill, and 20 minutes on elliptical, plus 1.5-2 hours of lifting time 6 days a week. Alternating between muscle group lifting and combined total body lifting every 2 weeks. I've learned all my weight and cardio training from coaches and trainers throughout high school and college and what I have read in magazines and on the internet. I am now graduated from college and would like to train harder, smarter and better. I am currently 6'2" and 180 lbs. about 6% body fat. I eat very respsonsibly, rarely if ever drink, and am always active. I have consulted many of my friends who actively use steroids ( some irresponsibly ) about use and dosage. I feel I have a good base and know my body well. The only thing is, I get different responses from people on different styles. My one friend swears by Dbol, another buddy by Deca. After researching this website and many other websites including government websites that only say steroids are bad, I have developed a cycle that I would like to try for my first cycle. Just wanted to hear positive or negative feedback on what i have developed. So, hear goes. 12 weeks. weeks 1-12 of Test- E at 500 mg/ week. weeks 1-3 of Dbol at 40mg/ day. weeks 1-9 of deca at 250 mg/ week. weeks 10-12 of winny at 25 mg/ day. I am prone to acne, is there something I should drop or add to curtail the acne? my one buddy says NO DECA AT ALL cause it will ruin everything else and reverse effects of test- E because deca is suppressive, true? Should I continue the winny for another week after the cycle is over to help minimize the loss of gains? Any help greatly appreciated, thanks guys.
