Hi guys

I'm a 53 yo guy living in Hove, East Sussex. Back into lifting for 4 months now and making decent progress.

Now looking for a personal trainer to help with routine and nutrition and / or a training partner. Only problem is that i work shifts on a 2 day/2 night - 4 off basis.

Always need help with training / supps so feel free to write anyway!!
