I have been using the leg curl/extension attachment for my bench for quite some time but have been unhappy with the way it fit my legs. I am fairly tall at 6'4" and the pads would hit to high on my calf and my feet would drag the ground so I decided to set up a dedicated unit just for these exercises. After looking at the available models I chose the Body Solid GLCE365 because of it's height and the ability to adjust the pads. This is my second piece of Body Solid equipment and I must say I am very impressed with that company. I bought through E Fitness via Ebay and same as the Row machine it was a quick and easy transaction.

The unit was well packed and arrived free of scratches and dings. The hardware was blister packed and well organized. Assembly took about 40 minutes and all the parts fit together very well. Body Solid seems to have quality control well in hand. The pad material is awesome and very comfortable. The pivot point uses to ball bearings and is really alot smoother than my old "pivot on a bolt" attachment.

I must say I am very happy with this purchase and after getting it adjusted it fits me beautifully. I couldn't wait to put it through it's paces Note that if you use Olympic plates you will need to order and adapter for the plates to fit securely on the standard post.
