HI I just finished a two year culinary arts program. I work part time in an upscale local restaurant. At home I am working on sugar art and cake decorating; one of my weaker areas in school. I didn't like being so bad, so I want to get better. I also need strategies on staying neat and organized...my classmates and chef instructors always new where my station was!!
