Greetings to all the fellow cooks/chefs/readers of these forums.

My name is Rob, I am 19 yrs old residing on the southside of Chicago, IL.

I have completed studies with the Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago and am scheduled for a November Graduation. I will be pursuing a BA in Hospitality Management (F&B Emphasis) from Kendall College. I stumbled across cheftalk after learning that Kendall Culinary Dean, Christopher Koetke, co-founded the website.

I am employed with Marriott Hotels & Resorts as a line cook, humbly trying to make his way up the ranks (I know I have a while to go). Prior to this I have worked for T.G.I.Friday's, Home Run Inn Pizza, and Portillo's Hotdogs

I really look forward to learning new things here as I dig through the archives, and hopefully I can help somebody out when they need it.
