Hello all, i'm 21 years old guy from greece,i used to cook from my 16 years, to help my mother which were busy, i know a lot of traditional food, before some months i decided to get some lessons at cooking,i'm very enthousiastic about what ppl can create at kitchen,i want to travel to the world, meet different ppl from other countries, eat what they eat, taste everything. I wish to work on diferent countries, and learn about their traditional food, about what herbs and spices i can use and the way ppl cook the food. I hope, i'll be able to change opinions and learn things via this forum, with ur help. Some people have the knowledge, i have the courage to spent big amounts of time and effort to learn new things, so i think i'm at the right place
Knowledge, is the most valuable thing u can get, and i hope there are people here that are like me, Chef-wannabe and we will be able to share information and recipes, so to improove ourselves!
