Hi, all!

I'm a Culinary Apprentice right now, scheduled to graduate in April.

I'm currently working for a privately owned restaurant, pretty much homestyle cooking. It's not where I want to end up, but so far it's a great stepping stone!!

My ultimate dream is to have a type of catering business and own a Bed and Breakfast. I don't know how far I'll get - I'm 42 and a single mom to 4 kids - but I'm gonna do my best!! I spent over 20 years in the medical field, and decided to take a jump into the water and do what I've always wanted to do - COOK
